Who receives the money when my customer pays an invoice?
Your customer pays you. The charge runs on your Stripe or your PayPal, and that money is not deposited to Scott Apps. The software plan is a separate charge to Scott Applications LLC.
Do you add a fee to invoice payments?
No. Scott Apps does not add a platform fee and does not add a surcharge. Stripe or PayPal charge their own processing fee on the payment your customer makes to you.
Is there a free trial on every paid plan?
No. A trial or a discount exists only while an admin promotion is turned on. The price on the card is the price, with no trial promised on the card itself.

Do you file my taxes?
No. The tax center is a draft for your CPA. It groups sales tax by the jurisdiction you saved, lists 1099 candidates, and shows a Schedule C grouping. Book depreciation on that screen is the depreciation already posted in your books. It is not a tax form, and Scott Apps does not file it.
Can a customer pay an invoice in steps?
Yes. An invoice, quote, or estimate can carry two to twelve steps, all percents or all dollars. The customer pays what is due now. The invoice still posts once for the full total.
Can a document repeat?
Yes. Repeat is turned on from the document. When the next invoice or bill is created, Scott Apps does not email your customer.
