Free Trials

All our subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial period. During this time, you can explore the features without any charge. No payment information is required to start the trial.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription (following the trial period), you may request a full refund.

Refunds are processed for the following reasons:

  • The service does not meet the described functionality.
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Any other valid reason at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 14-day period after payment.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after extensive use.
  • Digital products and services already consumed, as there is no way to undo used services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at jfeliciano@scottapplications.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and process the refund within 5-10 business days if eligible, in coordination with our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations.

If a payment fails, we provide a 21-day grace period during which you can update your payment information to avoid cancellation of your subscription. If the issue is not resolved within this grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

If you have a price-locked subscription under our promotional guarantee and you cancel, upon resubscription, you may be subject to current pricing if the promotional slots are no longer available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
