This policy covers what you pay Scott Applications LLC for the software. It does not cover money your customer paid you on an invoice.
A trial exists only while an admin promotion is on. Checkout shows the offer that is on. A trial is not a charge, so there is nothing to refund until a plan charge posts.
Within 14 days of a plan charge, we refund that charge in full, back to the original payment method. After day 14, we refund the unused days left in that period, counted by the day. Cancel in account settings. When a refund is sent, access ends. The card price includes Texas sales tax, and we do not add a sales-tax line at checkout, so the refund is a share of the charge you paid.
This is a refund of what you paid Scott Applications LLC for the software. Scott Applications LLC does not refund a payment your customer made on an invoice. You received that money. The platform fee on that payment is 0%.
Cancel the plan in account settings, or email contact@scottapps.com. Support is email only, Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm Central.
If a payment to us fails, Stripe or PayPal retry under their own schedule. This software does not run a separate 21-day grace.
