• Promoting or facilitating violent crimes, terrorism, or hate speech.
• Social engineering attacks, including forging documents or hacking systems.
• Producing, distributing, or using illegal weapons, explosives, or controlled substances (e.g., DEA Schedule I drugs, except therapeutically approved like cannabis).
• Damaging or disrupting critical infrastructure (e.g., healthcare, power grids) or conducting cyber attacks like ransomware or DDoS.
• Creating or planning chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
• Spamming, transmitting malware, viruses, or unauthorized data collection.
• Impersonating others, harassing users, or invading privacy.
• Any activity prohibited by Our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), including their restricted businesses lists (e.g., adult content, gambling without approval, counterfeit goods).

Compliance and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, and take actions such as suspending accounts or reporting to authorities. You agree to cooperate with investigations.
