This Acceptable Use Policy describes the permitted and prohibited uses of the Scott Apps Service. By using the Service, You agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of Your Account.
Permitted Uses
The Service is intended for legitimate business purposes, such as invoicing, client management, bookings, and inventory tracking. You may use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, such as phishing, scams, or unauthorized financial transactions.
- Creating or distributing child sexual abuse material or engaging in child exploitation.
- Promoting or facilitating violent crimes, terrorism, or hate speech.
- Social engineering attacks, including forging documents or hacking systems.
- Producing, distributing, or using illegal weapons, explosives, or controlled substances (e.g., DEA Schedule I drugs, except therapeutically approved like cannabis).
- Damaging or disrupting critical infrastructure (e.g., healthcare, power grids) or conducting cyber attacks like ransomware or DDoS.
- Creating or planning chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
- Spamming, transmitting malware, viruses, or unauthorized data collection.
- Impersonating others, harassing users, or invading privacy.
- Any activity prohibited by Our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), including their restricted businesses lists (e.g., adult content, gambling without approval, counterfeit goods).

Compliance and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, and take actions such as suspending accounts or reporting to authorities. You agree to cooperate with investigations.
