Where it started.

Scott Apps was founded in 2025 in Waco, Texas — a technology group built around the idea that the software the small business market deserves is not the software it can actually afford.

We started remotely, from a kitchen table, with one product in mind: an invoicing platform that doesn't gate basic features behind enterprise tiers. That's still our first shipped product. We're just getting started on the rest.

Waco, Texas.

Scott Applications LLC is at 212 Dallas St, Waco, TX 76704. Support is email, Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm Central.

Our pride in tech.

With over a decade of combined experience and a growing client list, we bring reliable engineering and honest consulting to every project. Our commitment to simplicity, integrity, and durable design ensures the software we ship is one you'll still want to use in three years.

What we stand for

Four simple rules.

  • Make it simple

Software that small businesses can pick up and use the same day — no enterprise onboarding required.

  • Make it useful

We only build features people will actually use. Bloat is a tax on the user, not a selling point.

  • Make it fair

Honest pricing, no surprise fees, no aggressive auto-renewals. Cancel anytime, get your data out.

  • Make it trusted

Your data stays yours. We don't sell it, we don't mine it, we don't train models on it.
