This policy outlines how Scott Apps retains and disposes of data.
Retention Periods
User data is retained for active accounts indefinitely. Deleted accounts are archived for 90 days for review before permanent deletion.
Deletion Process
Upon deletion request, data is flagged as deleted and moved to archive. Admins review within 30 days. Post-review, data is securely purged if no issues.
Secure Disposal
Data is overwritten or cryptographically shredded to prevent recovery.
