DMCA Notice Procedure
To file a copyright infringement notice under the DMCA:
- Send to jfeliciano@scottapplications.com with subject "DMCA Copyright Notice".
- Include: Your contact info, description of copyrighted work, location of infringing material, statement of good faith, statement under perjury, signature.
- We acknowledge within 3-5 days, review, and act if valid (remove content, notify user).
- Users can file counter-notices with evidence.
- We restore content if no legal action within 10-14 days.
Other IP Claims
For trademarks, patents, etc., use our general reporting process.
Changes to This Policy
We may update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
