DMCA Notice Procedure

To file a copyright infringement notice under the DMCA:

1. Send to jfeliciano@scottapplications.com with subject "DMCA Copyright Notice".
2. Include: Your contact info, description of copyrighted work, location of infringing material, statement of good faith, statement under perjury, signature.
3. We acknowledge within 3-5 days, review, and act if valid (remove content, notify user).
4. Users can file counter-notices with evidence.
5. We restore content if no legal action within 10-14 days.

Other IP Claims

For trademarks, patents, etc., use our general reporting process.

Changes to This Policy

We may update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
